The Ultimate Head start
If you’re new to CrossFit or haven't been in a gym for a while, this is your home base. We don't just throw you into a class; we give you a roadmap and a partner.
What you get: * 5 Private 1-on-1 Sessions: Master the foundational movements at your own pace with an expert coach.
Unlimited Class Access: 4 weeks of full access to CrossFit, 9FIT, and Open Gym.
A Designated Personal Coach: Think of them as your CrossFit guide—they'll even join you for your first few group classes!

9FIT
HIIT & Conditioning
All the Sweat. Gain stamina.
Want a killer workout without the technical complexity of Olympic lifting? 9FIT is our high-intensity interval training class designed to get your heart rate up and keep it there.
What to expect: A mix of rowers, bikes, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. It’s fast-paced, beginner-friendly, and incredibly effective for fat loss and endurance.
Who it’s for: Runners, busy professionals who want to "sweat and go," and those who prefer a bootcamp-style environment.
Personal Training
1-on-1 Focus. 100% Results.
Sometimes you need a little extra attention. Our 1-on-1 coaching is the fastest way to reach specific goals, whether that’s mastering a specific skill or working around a previous injury.
What you get: A completely custom program built around your body, your schedule, and your goals.
