What We Offer


Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. Each class is typically an hour-long, and includes pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.



Are you ready to break a sweat? 9HIIT is intense training that will keep your body guessing. Workouts are changed daily so even the most adaptable athlete is challenged. 9HIIT is great for those looking to lose weight and improve their endurance. In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit9 offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

Beginner Barbell

CF9 Barbell Club

The CF9 Barbell Club is open to intermediate and advanced level athletes. Preferably those with 6 or more months of CrossFit or Olympic weightlifting experience. While coaches are always available to assist, this class is self-led. If you’re looking to improve your snatch, clean, and jerk, programming is made available on the whiteboard. Meanwhile, athletes interested in weightlifting meets will receive specialized programming upon request.



Recovery is an affordable subscription program giving CrossFit9 and 9HIIT athletes access to the tools and knowledge they need to recover like the best, right here in the gym. You’ll gain access to our monthly Recovery Workshop Series, the TheraGun, Compex, and more to come!

Beginner Barbell

If barbells make you nervous, this class will change your mind. At CrossFit9, new athletes start with this technique-focused class — think PVC pipes and very light training bars. You’ll leave knowing how to lift safely, pick appropriate weights, and cruise on into your first CrossFit classes feeling a little more confident.
