I happens to us all the time. Just when you think you know all the movements, you find out you don’t know squat.

We could write sonnets about squats. They’re just so versatile, and there are innumerable ways to vary them. Today’s pick can be used for both flexibility purposes and strength, with either endless options for scaling, using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, or just plain ol’ bodyweight.
