  • 4×80%

Front Squat

  • 5×60%
  • 3x5x70%

WOD:

3 Rounds, each for time:

  • Run 400 meters
  • Rest 2 minutes

    Skill – Back Squat 275#, stopped there and didn’t try to push it any heavier today. 30# below PR.
    WOD – 4:47, rope climbs were not from the ground.

    Skill: (based on 1RM’s of BS 205 and FS 185)
    BS – 125×10, 145×8, 155×6, 165×4
    FS – 110×5, 130×5, 130×5, 130×5
    WOD: 1:46, 1:38, 1:32 = 4:56
    I incorrectly put 4:40 on the board
    Maybe that can be my goal 🙂
    Looking forward to making progress in both of these areas!
